The short version
This website is a small practice website. It does not have user accounts, it does not run advertising, and it does not sell or share information with marketing companies.
- The appointment form does not store anything on this website. It opens a message in your own WhatsApp, which you then choose to send.
- The symptom questionnaires keep your answers in your own browser, on your own device. Nothing is transmitted automatically.
- You decide whether to share a questionnaire result with the clinic, by using the share button yourself.
What is collected, and where it goes

Fonts and other page resources are embedded in the pages themselves rather than loaded from third parties, with the exception of the map panels described above.
Clearing what is stored on your device
Questionnaire answers and saved reports are held in your browser's own storage for this website. You can remove them at any time:
- Use the delete option next to a saved report inside the questionnaire tool, or
- Clear site data for this website in your browser settings, which removes everything this site has stored.
Because this information never leaves your device, the clinic cannot retrieve it, and cannot delete it for you.
Information you send to the clinic
If you send a WhatsApp message, make a call, or share a questionnaire report, that information reaches the clinic and is handled as part of your clinical care. Clinical records are kept in line with professional record-keeping requirements.
Your choices
- You can use this website without completing any form or questionnaire.
- You can ask what information the clinic holds about you, ask for a correction, or ask for information to be deleted where the law allows it.
- You can withdraw a consent you previously gave. Withdrawal applies going forward and does not affect care already given.
- You can raise a complaint with the clinic using the contact details below.
Children
Questionnaires about children are intended to be completed by a parent or guardian. Please do not enter a child's details unless you are their parent or guardian.
Changes to this page
If the way this website handles information changes, this page is updated and the review date below is changed.
